Affiliate Marketing Mentor Program
There has been some very interesting things happen with in my mentor program that is really making me very excited for this coming up year.
My first student in my mentor program has seen some very exciting results from what he has built while working with me. Bryan was telling me that he is now being followed from super blogger Gary V from Wine Library TV and his brother who have shown interest in working with Bryan and his site.
Getting noticed by a celebrity like Gary and his brother is a huge step in the right direction as far as networking is concerned. Networking has many major benefits that we have all read about from time to time, but when you start seeings the results from that networking is when big things can happen for you.
I never really looked into the buying and selling of domain names before. Since Greg has joined my mentor program my eyes have been opened. It almost feels to me that I am learning more from working with Greg then he has from me.
Greg is one hell of a nice guy and with talking to him through my mentor program I have been able to change the way I buy my domains for my sites I am building. So now I am not only buying names that are keyword rich, but are also worth something when I go to sell them, if I go to sell them.
So by being able to get domains that are going to be worth more down the road, my net worth is going to also increase. Well, maybe not my net worth but my online portfolio will that’s for sure . I am not saying the other domains I have are all junk, there not. I always bought domain names for SEO value before. Now I am buying domains for SEO and Resale Value. Two birds with one stone type of thing.
Mentoring someone in affiliate marketing to me is a lot more then just helping someone make money online. Its about networking as well. The one thing I need to work on for 2009 is finding away to bring everyone who is in my mentor program together, so we can all benefit from the program.
Chiropractic Video Marketing Made Ridiculously Simple
No one could have guessed how phenomenally successful social networks like YouTube, Facebook, and MySpace would become. The power and potential of these top sites are mind boggling. When in 2005 I began to introduce the power of these sites to chiropractors and show them the impact it could have on their marketing, I knew that web 2.0 could bring all of them phenomenal marketing success in these difficult times. Knowing all this, I still couldn’t even fathom the remarkable success that was really still to come.
Discovering how to leverage social media and video marketing for my chiropractic practice was one of the best things that I could’ve ever done. As many are aware, this type of marketing / advertising is free so there is virtually no risk to the chiropractor. In 2005, I first began meeting and interacting with people from my local community on Myspace. I was literally meeting 50 people every single day which was getting me tons of free traffic exposure very fast. Initially, I was testing and tweaking certain things on my profile for greater conversions and how I was presenting myself. Then, I began to notice the phone calls and the new patients coming it. I have to say, I was pretty thrilled when this began to happen.
The results and success that I experienced with this kind of online marketing was almost instantaneous. In fact, I experienced dramatic results within 24 hours. I successfully was able to brand myself as the chiropractic authority in my community, and therefore entice countless new patients to utilize my services. I was able to constantly keep in touch with my new friends online and send information to my massive amount of subscribers. When you’re keeping in touch with several thousand people on a regular basis, there’s basically an avalanche of success that begins to flow your way.
Perhaps the greatest goldmine that I discovered for chiropractic marketing and other forms of marketing is online video submission. When you make and upload online videos, it’s a simple and easy thing you can do that yields huge results in your chiropractic practice and its popularity in your community. There are a couple tricks to learn though, like how to properly compress your video through Windows Movie Maker or iMovie. It’s vital that you do this before trying to upload to YouTube or video sharing sites.
Videos get indexed extremely well by search engines, if you understand basic and advanced optimization strategies. I’ve been able to drive massive amounts of highly-targeted visitors to my website with video, which has basically made me a local celebrity. In conjunction, I’ve been able to bring in many new patients that have seen my direct response videos. They feel like they know me before they ever step into my office. They are able to follow me on my channels to get new health information, as I overwhelm them with consistent value and not spam-based advertisement.
Almost half of the content online today is video, and its time you jumped on the bandwagon and put your chiropractic marketing into high gear. Remember, the more material you have online in the best variety, the more credibility you gain. Just imagine Googling someone or something, and coming up with a particular office or practice in multiple top billing positions. That person would automatically appear to be the authority on something, right?
Take people on a journey with you through your office and in many different locations. I always bring my video camera and tripod with me wherever I go because I never know when I’m going to have a great idea for an educational or promotion video for my chiropractic practice or other business ventures. I’ve shot videos at the office, at home, in Costa Rica, at the golf course, in the mountains, on the ocean, and many other locations. Viewers love to tag-along with you on your journey and see a change of scenery. Also, in my opinion, natural light is the best and most flattering.
Keep in mind that volume is really important when it comes to chiropractic video marketing. You want to make at least 1-2 videos a week to begin to successfully canvas the search engines with your material. This helps you to gain credibility in the market. When you outsource the videos production, you’re going to pay a lot of money. It really is so simple and easy to do it yourself. Ask people to subscribe to your YouTube video channel at the end of each one.
Make sure you’re relaxed and having a good time while making these videos. You want to present yourself as being the warm, professional, and friendly person that you are. That way, people will feel like they know you, and they’ll want to stop in to your office and utilize your services.
You need a good coach to teach you the secrets of SEO and chiropractic marketing using web 2.0. When you learn the skills from someone who found success doing the very same thing, you are then perfectly equipped to create your own success and take your chiropractic practice to new heights. You can’t learn any of this from a so-called “guru”. When you find the right coach, there’s no stopping you!
Effective Prospecting for Your MLM Success
Most people, as soon as they join Network Marketing, approach their family and friends. This group makes your first prospective customers because they know you and will more likely be kinder to you during your first few sales calls and presentations.
When you start thinking about your prospective customer list down everyone you know. Get out the mailing list from your last invitation only event- even if it was your wedding twenty years ago. Plan to have at least 100 names in your prospect list.
When your prospect list is created - You now have to figure out the best way of contacting these people. Family and friends will be invaluable to you when start your business, but it is important not to abuse this group. Some new sales-people rely on their friends and family so much that eventually they become resentful.
The best tactic is to ask them to buy the product and keep them informed of special offers every month then back off for awhile. If they are interested in the product they will naturally order it because they will not have any resilience to call you.
You can also rely on you family and friends to use their contact to build your prospect database. After all they have family and friends you don’t know. These are natural extension of your customer list. Sometimes you can simply ask people to give you a list of names of people whom they think may like that product or will be interested to become a distributor.
You can also approach your neighbors - They provide special opportunities but also special concerns. You may not know you neighbor very well, but the fact that you live nearby makes this person a natural for selling to.
Your neighbors may be your best customers because they live so close. However, some neighbor may like to keep their privacy and might not want to be disturbed, they may feel that you are trying to take advantage of them. So think carefully before you approach your neighbor to become a distributor for you.
You can also consider advertising - Many distributors however stay clear of advertising because it incur a cost. But advertising can be very cost effective, because it reaches out to many people for relatively little money. The key is to be very selective when reviewing your advertising options and to consider if the money spent on advertising is worth it.
There are many ways you can advertise your MLM network marketing business. You can explore the options of newspapers, magazines, radio, email messages and many more online ads strategies available. The most important thing is to know what you are going to include in your advertisement - commonly known as your “sales copy”. We recommend that you include the very basic details like product name and key benefits together with your name, contact and some offer of free information or samples. You can also consider including your website URL in the advertisement if you have one.
I found a better way and fired my sponsor
I love being a part of a work at home opportunity. I have no doubt it’s one of the best industries to belong to. Affiliate opportunities are plentiful with a lot of great companies, but what always seems to strike me as strange is, that only a very small percentage of net workers actually get to a full time level.
There are those of course that had some sort of notion that all they had to do is turn the key and their business would make them rich. But there are those who put in the time doing what their sponsor and upline is passing down to them, and getting no where in their business.
I was the net worker that was in with the bunch doing everything my sponsor was teaching me. But for almost 11 months I had no positive growth in my business, and decided to fire my sponsor. I put a halt to everything he was telling me to do.
I didn’t just quit my business, but I was sitting in on as many free home business seminars I could on the internet with different companies. I figured the more I learned, the better my chances of picking up on at least one idea that might offer some good results.
But I’m not going to do things that don’t produce results. No more buying garbage leads or lists of those who have no interest in a home business. No more duplicating marketing techniques that basically are useless any more.
As I said before, looking for new information and learning new things about this industry, I think is important. So I like to look through different ezines, and that’s when I found something that blows the old school ways out of the water, and breathed new life into my business, big time!
So if your feeling really unimpressed with all the hard work you’ve bee putting in your business, because of no results. Fire your sponsor, and put a system in your business that really works. He won’t even suspect, I’ll bet on it.
This marketing strategy puts 42 new distributors in my business
Being patient at first wasn’t the battle. I was aware anything new would take a little time to grasp, and get past the learning curve. This was going to be my passport to freedom. A home business saving me from the world of mediocrity. No boss to answer to, and no more little paychecks.
I signed onto a networking opportunity, that had everything in place after looking at a handful of others. I soon realized how much of a different, incredible world this really is. I kept trying to grasp on to my business, and every time I thought I was going to get a hand on it, I once again realized I had no control.
Ten, eleven months went by with but nothing was happening. I was using every traffic generating device thrown my way. My message was sent to a trillion gazillion opportunity seekers with every click of the mouse. And that was he problem, all those opportunity seekers relying on the click of a mouse.
I was in a real home business going no where. The dreams of wealth and success had succumb to the harsh realities of business ownership in such an amazing industry. But selling and sponsoring is hard work, and I couldn’t seem to get a grasp on the skills I needed to succeed.
I came across something that caught my eye in this ezine, and I wish I had found this sooner. It said, “if you are persuasive enough to sell someone on your business, you can get them emotionally pumped up on the opportunity, you will have a good chance of selling or sponsoring a good amount of people.
But once that emotional state wears off, whether it’s a week or months later, the buyer will experience remorse. These people quit and go back to their lives, and unfortunately this is what happens most of the time in this home business arena”. And this is what was happening to me.
I was thrown off by this article because it went on to say, “Within the sponsoring process, the goal is not to sell our prospects on a product or opportunity”. That sounds completely backwards and counter productive doesn’t it? After all, what’s the point if you’re not there to make a sale right?
It all started clicking in my mind, I was realizing something. There’s to many problems in this industry with selling. It stems from the initial offering of the opportunity. There’s so much focus for the new rep to go by the script and make the sale.
We try to overcome objections, and close. It’s an uphill battle because you’re fighting peoples instincts to avoid being sold. They’re afraid of being ripped off, there’s no trust. I found a much better way that day that’s more enjoyable and beneficial for both myself and my customers or future business partners.
Any entrepreneur struggling to network or sell their products in their home business should take a look at how this works. There is great opportunity to fulfill your dreams in this industry, but to many fail because of a lack of a better way.
