What is the first thing we try when we are attempting to lose weight? The answer is that, first, we go on a diet. When that diet does not work, we then move onto another diet until we get discouraged and quit. Another type of exercise that you can start using to decrease your weight is resistance training. When you start out with resistance training exercises you will see noticeable fat loss results, especially belly fat loss. A great example of this type of exercise would be using a dumbbell or barbell.

Advanced resistance training exercises is not for the faint of heart but it can have the greatest fat loss results. These workouts require a lot more time to accomplish, time that many are not willing to put into the schedule. Pushups, reverse lunges, and squat thrusts are examples of this type of workout.

Losing weight does not have to be as hard as most people make it out to be. All you have to do is increase your metabolism by performing some lose weight exercises a couple time a week. You can have that body you have always wanted. All it takes is a few minutes each week.
